Two a days
Lost a lb.. keeping a steady loss.. which is good because my knees are hurting less after this run.
2 mi: 28:46. First run in three weeks-ish.
Base gym (drool) with Gail tonight. 45 min spin/15 min row/30 min weights. Say whaaaat...
